The fruit, with its many shades of color and with the countless flavors given by both the cultivation of native varieties and by territories which, over time, have produced excellent products .
They have organoleptic properties imprinted as a result of the geomorphological features of the land and for developing in particular micro-climates; it represents a further and unexpected feature of this region in the plural. It is meant plural even in the varieties featuring the Valdaso fruit production area as the peculiarities of some productions such as the Pink apple of the Sibillini Mountains , the Angelica pear and the peach from Montelabbate.
